NorthEast Practice Consultants provide qualiyt Practice Management for healthcare providers.Recruiting is very time consuming. Management and physicians frequently find it difficult to find the time to recruit and interview thoroughly. We are often contacted by physicians or management to assist in the interview process. We can screen resumes, check references, provide pre-employment testing and conduct initial interviews. You will have a list of qualified candidates, leaving the final decision for you.

PHYSICAN CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS

After a practice has found the right physician, we work with the practice and incoming physician to develop a contract which ensures the practice continues to be profitable clearly defines expectations and strives to meet the needs of the incoming physician.

OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT

We meet with management and physicians on a regular basis to ensure the practice is running as efficiently and profitable as possible while meeting compliance reporting requirements and ensure practice goals and objectives are being met. We work with physicians and managers to develop and implement practice goals. We think outside of the box to find solutions.

STAFFING ASSESSMENTS

When we perform a staffing assessment, we go onsite to visit and meet with each staff member to assess their current job description, responsibilities and role within the practice. After meeting the staff, we can determine if the right person is in the right position and has the correct amount of responsibility. A wage analysis and review process is also completed. Growth and development plans are made to increase staff longevity. If positions can be combined, we can revise job descriptions for a more efficient practice, happier staff and potential cost savings.
